SMS Program Description

Messages are sent by Hawkline Marketing to licensed insurance advisors who subscribe to the Hawkline Marketing platform and have opted in to receive service-related SMS messages, including new-lead notifications, booking confirmations, no-show notices, and account or platform service alerts. Advisors opt in by completing the enrollment form at hawklinemarketing.com/agents/signup and checking the SMS consent box.

Consent Is Optional

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of subscribing to or using the platform. You may receive lead notifications by email and in your CRM without opting into SMS.

Message Frequency & Charges

• Message frequency varies with lead volume; a typical subscriber receives 1 to 10 messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
